✔ Conducting the required property searches in addition to any extra searches instructed
✔ Preparing Transfer Documents
✔ Calculating the required equity to complete the purchase

 

Approaching Settlement

 

✔ Calculating Settlement Figures 
✔ Assessing transfer duty 
✔ Submitting cheque directions with your lender 
✔ Attending Settlement on your behalf 
✔ Notifying the agent that settlement has been effected so that you can collect the keys from the agent
